Our Brand

We’re not here to fit in...

...we’re here to change the game.

At Pounce Padel, we’re unapologetically redesigning women’s sports equipment boldly, beautifully, and on our own terms. For too long, women in sport and the gear they use has been sidelined. We’re changing that.

This is a brand for women who love the game and are tired of being an afterthought. Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the world and women are at the heart of that growth.

Our Mission

To empower women to move more, play more, and have fun doing it!

Our Key Pillars

Empowerment

Showing up for women in sport. Creating bold and beautiful designs that inspire women to play.

Quality & Performance

We are obnoxiously picky about who we partner with. We are very proud of our style; however, it is essential that it must not come at the expense of quality. We have chosen rackets that have a 100% carbon frame and 3K carbon surface that allow aspiring beginners and intermediate players to rely on their racket to meet their performance needs.

Community

A brand for women who want to be part of something bigger. It’s about connection, belonging, and sharing the game we love, together.

Curiosity

Curiosity means rewriting limits and to challenge norms. This is part of our compass here at Pounce. We want to stay open, agile and continually learning. We ask what's possible and then push past it.

Our Story

Georgie, our founder and proud mum of three, brings a unique blend of experience from the world of media, advertising technology and client success. She is now channelling her experience into building her own brand.

With a passion for reimagining women’s sports equipment, Georgie’s mission is deeply personal. As someone who didn’t see herself reflected in sport growing up, she’s driven to create a brand that speaks directly to women, making padel more accessible, exciting and empowering. Her vision is fuelled not just by professional insight but by determination to create lasting change for herself, her daughter and the next generation of women in sport.
