POUNCE PADEL LTD. RETURN POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the item has been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • If the product is personalised or perishable.
  • If the return is outside the specified return period.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at hello@pouncepadel.com to initiate a return.
  • Securely package the item and include your order details.
  • Send the item to the return address given once you have contacted us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to let you know if it has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
